• Unless otherwise specified in a separate pre-arrival e-mail, please check-in at the Guest Service Center located in the lobby of the Peter George Centre for Living and Learning (PGCLL)

• The PGCLL Service Center is open 24/7 for your assistance and can be reached at housing@mcmaster.ca or 905-525-9140 ext. 27222.
• If you plan on arriving prior to 4PM on your check-in date, please email reserve@mcmaster.ca to make appropriate arrangements, if possible.
